Face coverings

Face coverings will be mandatory in our indoor spaces from Friday 10 December 2021 due to Plan B, the government’s response to the Omicron variant of COVID-19.

Ministers, Celebrants, family members or any person conducting or delivering part of the service, may remove their face covering while speaking.  You must wear a face covering when moving into or out of the chapels, but you may remove it at the lectern.

All funeral staff and mourners must wear a face covering for the duration of the service if it is held indoors. If you are medically exempt or providing communication to lip readers, you are exempt from wearing a face covering during the service. Children under the age of 11 also do not need to wear a face covering.

Book of Remembrance

The Book of Remembrance Room is open. There is a maximum capacity of two people in the room at any time. You can still view the Book of Remembrance online.
