1. Stakeholder engagement 

   Completed June 2021

   We ran a series of workshops and webinars to explain the SPD to interested parties

2. Regulation 19 consultation

   Active 27 Aug to 18 Oct 2021

   This consultation offers the opportunity to comment in detail on the SPD.

   There are also two other consultations running at the same time:

   • Transport and Developments SPD
   • HMOs SPD

   The Local Plan Partial Update Publication (Regulation 19) consultation closed on 8 October 2021.

3. Final submission

   On target Nov to Dec 2021

4. Examination

   On target Dec 2021 to Jan 2022

5. Inspector's report

   On target Early 2022

6. Plan adoption

   On target Early 2022

   On adoption, this SPD will become part of our local Planning policy, which we will use to determine all planning applications.
