Royal Victoria Park - Middle Common

Substantial, tree-lined parkland space, easily accessible from Bath’s city centre, perfect for major events

Royal Victoria Park was opened in 1830 by Queen Victoria herself, aged just 11. Its extensive 23 hectares (57 acres) offer a variety of beautifully landscaped spaces.

The Middle Common, the park’s largest location, boasts a large, tree-lined open green space with a very slight slope, excellent event facilities and accessibility.

Just a 10 min walk from the city centre, this site is ideally located, and is a popular venue for large-scale concerts and festivals, such as circuses, fairs or outdoor cinema.
