Deliver for local residents

We aim to create modern services, making the best use of digital and improving the way the Council works.

We will deliver for local residents with the following actions:

  • Action 22: Ensure local residents and service users are consulted as part of the Commissioning & Procurement Framework on developing modern services by implementing online tools and systems to enable greater Council-wide visibility of all procurement and commissioning activity

  • Action 23: Ensure that only projects that contribute to or support our key ambitions proceed by developing gateway processes for procurement and commissioning projects
