Libraries, Information and Advice Services customer survey

What we’re asking

We’d like to know what you think about our Libraries, Information and Advice services. The services are based at:

  • Bath Central Library
  • Keynsham Library, Information and Advice Services
  • Midsomer Norton Library, Information and Advice Services
  • Bath Housing, Welfare, and Advice Services

We want to find out how you use our services and get your suggestions for anything you’d like us to offer or do more of in future to ensure you have the best possible customer experience.

Who we’re asking and why

We’re asking people who use our Libraries, Information and Advice Services to tell us how they use our services, and to give us their suggestions for the future.

By filling out this survey you’ll help us understand what you, our customers, need and want, so we can make sure our services develop in the best way for you. Following our last survey in March 2022 we’ve implemented lots of things you asked for, including:

  • more seating in our libraries
  • installing Drop-Boxes for out of hours book returns
  • re-opening the café at Keynsham

How to respond

The survey runs from Monday 11 September 2023 to Saturday 30 September 2023. You can respond online and it will take around 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
