St John's, St Michael's and Hungerford Road area (Lower Weston) Residents' Parking Zone (RPZ) TRO consultation

Have your say

Why are we consulting?

We would like to know if you have any objections to the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) which we have prepared to create a Residents Parking Zone in the St John's, St Michael's and Hungerford Road area of Bath.

We have previously done research on the availability of off-street parking for residents, and the demand for on-street parking in the St John's, St Michael's and Hungerford Road area. We have consulted on the proposed zone boundary, types of parking restriction, hours of operation.

What we are consulting on

We have a legal obligation to log any objections to a TRO, and to consider these before any final decision is made to proceed with parking restrictions.

Who we are consulting

We are inviting local residents and businesses to give us their views on the proposals that will affect them the most. However, anyone is welcome to respond to this consultation and share their views.

Attend a consultation event

We are running an event to explain our proposals and answer any questions you may have.
