You can pay your garden waste subscription online or by phone.
The charge to renew this service for the year ahead is £46.82 per bin
This must be paid by 26 June 2020, to allow time for your sticker to be posted and to avoid any disruption to your garden waste collections.
To pay your garden waste subscription, you will need your reference number which can be found in your renewal notice (usually sent to you in April or May).
Payment can be made using most credit and debit cards. Unfortunately we are not able to accept American Express.
You can pay your garden waste subscription by calling the automated payments line on 0845 372 3501, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Calls to this number cost 3p per minute plus your telephone providers access charge.
During the current COVID-19 crisis, we have taken the decision to stop all cash payments at the self-serve kiosks in the One Stop Shops (at Lewis House in Bath, the Civic Centre in Keynsham and The Hollies in Midsomer Norton).
