Introduction

The Milsom Quarter Masterplan was adopted into the Local Plan in 2023, following the public consultation throughout 2022. 

After finalising the Masterplan following the community feedback, grant funding was unlocked to take the designs for some projects further.

The three key projects in development are:

1. Design and development of a new Bath Fashion Museum at the Old Post Office.
2. Design and development of improved streets and public spaces within the Milsom Quarter.
3. Design and feasibility of creative workspaces at Broad Street Yards, on the site of Broad Street yards.
