1.10 The Options document comprises nine chapters, as follows:
An overview and guiding principles
- The issues and challenges facing our area
- The overall priorities of the Local Plan (what it is seeking to achieve)
- The development needs that should be planned for
- The approach to a District-wide strategy
Our vision, strategy and site options/policy options
- Site options: Four chapters setting out options for growth and change in specific parts of, and places in, the District
- Policy options: A chapter setting out options for policies that would apply across the whole of Bath and North East Somerset in determining planning applications
