Liveable Neighbourhoods baseline and monitoring data

We are trialling through-traffic restrictions as part of our Liveable Neighbourhood Programme under experimental traffic order restriction orders (ETROs).

ETRO trials are public consultations with the trials in place. No decision to make a trial permanent is made until people have experienced it for a minimum of six months and their consultation feedback has been analysed alongside traffic and air quality monitoring data.

You can view our raw traffic monitoring data for the 2022 and 2024 LN ETRO trials below.

Important notice on viewing raw data

Please be aware that:

  • these files present a significant amount of complex data in its raw form
  • we will not provide additional analysis until the end of the trial
  • it is not possible to respond to technical queries on the raw data until our analysis has been carried out by technical officers at the end of the trial period
  • should you decide to complete and publish your own analysis of this data, you may be asked to provide information around your workings so that we can understand how any conclusions have been reached
  • for analysis on the 2022 trials that are complete, and for background on current 2024 trials, please view the individual web pages for each trial

2022 to 2023 schemes
