In 2017, we asked the community how we could improve Innox Park through a public consultation. The responses helped us to shape our improvement plan for the park.
Completed improvements
We have completed many upgrades to Innox Park as part of the improvement plan, including:
- A new path through the park with solar lights
- Improved entrances
- A refurbished play area, with new features for younger children
- An upgraded ball games area
- Community tree planting, new wild meadow areas and bulb planting
- More seating around the park
- New signs and noticeboards
The project was paid for using developer contributions linked to local building developments (Section 106 payments).
