York Street, Bath Public Inquiry

8 June 2022: We have received a decision from the Planning Inspectorate. Read the decision report, and read our statement.

A public inquiry into our Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) that closes York Street, Bath between 10am-6pm for the purpose of anti-terrorism, and between 6pm and 10pm for the purpose of preventing danger and avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or damage to the road, will begin at 10am on Tuesday 26 April 2022.
