Friends of the Orchard
Fall-back date of 24 September if it is raining on the 23rd
Join us for a walk and short talk on the types of bats that use the Orchard and nearby areas. The walk will be led by an ecologist, with bat detectors available to track echolocation. September is a busy month for the bats, who will start hibernating in October.
This event is weather dependent and will only go ahead if it is not raining. Please check with the organisers if it looks like it is going to be wet weather.
