As part of your social care support you may have been loaned some equipment by our Community Equipment Service.
There is no charge for this equipment. You can continue to use it until a healthcare professional advises that you no longer need it, it is no longer suitable for your needs, or it is no longer required for other reasons.
Examples of the types of equipment we may have loaned to you are:
- Commodes
- Perching stools
- Zimmer frames
- Pressure cushions
- Bathing equipment such as shower stools
- In bed positioning sheets
How to return your equipment
If you no longer need the equipment then you can call us on 01225 39 67 17 and we will collect it for free.
