This survey provides the chance for you to give us feedback on the current online booking system in place at Bath and Midsomer Norton recycling centres.
What we're consulting on and why
To access Bath and Midsomer Norton recycling centres, you have to pre-book a timed slot online. The aim has been to reduce queueing times and congestion from queueing on the highway, as well as guaranteeing access within the timeslot for those who have booked. Bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance. During busier periods such as weekends, time slots are often fully-booked for around one week ahead of time.
You currently don't have to book to access Keynsham recycling centre, but you often have to queue on the highway to access the recycling centre if it is busy, so we would like your feedback on both systems.

The survey is open to all residents of Bath and North East Somerset.
What happens next
This consultation closed on 26 February 2021. We will review all responses and consider them as part of future decisions about the operation of our three recycling centres.
