Public Health Act 1925 Section 18

1. Bath and North East Somerset Council is the Urban Authority for the purposes of the Public Health Act 1925 for the City of Bath.
2. On 31st October 2018, the Council gave notice in accordance with Section 18 Public Health Act 1925 of its intention to make an order to name a street to which a name has not been given.
3. An appeal against the intended order was made to Bath Magistrates Court. On 24th October 2019 the Court dismissed the appeal.
4. The Council therefore declares the street provided for in the notice referred to in paragraph 2 above and indicated on the attached plan is named:
   
   St. James’s Mews
    
5. This order will come into force on the date below.
