The Court being satisfied that Craig Graydon has engaged in behaviour that caused or was likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to any person and that the making of an order will help to prevent Craig Graydon from engaging in such behaviour.

It is ordered that Craig Graydon be prohibited from:

  • Holding himself out, by any means, as holding qualifications in the field of architectural design and building planning. This prohibition includes all electronic means of communication, advertisements placed via social media, internet websites and dropping leaflets or flyers through letterboxes advertising his services in architectural design and building planning.
  • Contacting any homeowner by any means, or approaching or entering, (whether by himself or by third parties) any address in the United Kingdom, whether on his own or on another’s behalf, for the purpose of offering his own or another’s services for any architectural planning or the submission of plans and building applications.
  • Instructing, directing, managing or supervising others carrying out any architectural planning or the submission of plans and building applications, at any address in the United Kingdom, whether on his own or on another’s behalf.
  • Requesting and/or obtaining any payment in advance for the supply of building services and/or materials.
  • Instructing others to do any of the acts as described in Prohibitions 1 to 3 above, whether on his own behalf or on behalf of any business of which he is the operator/owner.
