The Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) is a document we publish that evaluates pharmaceutical service needs in Bath and North East Somerset. This assessment helps us ensure these services meet the needs of local residents.

The PNA document assesses whether we have enough pharmacies and whether they provide the right services for local people now and in the future. It also helps our work with the NHS to develop future services.
The assessment considers the current service provision, demographics and the health needs of people in the area.
We would like you to read and comment on our draft PNA for 2022 to 2025. Your feedback will allow us to determine if the document accurately reflects the delivery of pharmaceutical services in the area.

We expect to finalise the PNA document for 2022 to 2025 in autumn 2022.
