To pay a MEES penalty you will need:
- the MEES penalty number, which can be found on your penalty charge notice.

By post
Please make your cheque payable to B&NES Council. Send it to Trading Standards, Bath and North East Somerset Council, Lewis House, Manvers Street, Bath, BA1 1JG. Clearly write your name, address and MEES penalty number on the back of your cheque.
We cannot accept post-dated cheques and we do not send receipts for cheque payments.
