Payment system downtime
On Thursday 11 July 2024 our payments system will be down for essential maintenance. The system will be down between 8.30pm and 11pm for around 25 minutes.
We will not be able to accept any payments during that period. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you live outside Bath and North East Somerset and have registered a birth at your nearest Register Office, you need to pay for the certificate within 3 days of making the declaration.
The certificate costs £12.50, and you can buy as many as you want.
There is a one-off handling and postage charge per order.
