You can pay your Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) online or in person at one of our Information and Advice Services.
Paying your CIL
To pay your CIL by any method you will need your payment reference which can be found on your Demand Notice.
Payment can be made using most credit and debit cards. Unfortunately we are not able to accept American Express.
Other ways of paying
By phone
You can pay your CIL bill by calling the automated payments line on 0300 456 0632, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We do not accept American Express.
In person
You can pay your CIL at:
- Bath Housing, Welfare and Advice Services
- Keynsham Information and Advice Service
- Midsomer Norton Information and Advice Service
You will need your account, reference or invoice number with you.
Please note, self-service payment kiosks are available for cash, debit and credit card payments, but these machines are unable to accept £50 notes.
Automatic receipts are provided for payments.
