BANES - Leasehold Reform (Ground Rent) Act 2022 - Enforcement Policy
The following policy has been produced by the National Trading Standards Estate and Letting Agency Team to assist enforcement authorities in implementing the Leasehold Reform (Ground Rent) Act 2022 to their portfolio of activity. Enforcement authorities are encouraged to use and adapt this policy to fit their local needs, which will assist in having a more consistent national approach to enforcing breaches under this Act.
