Voicebox survey information collected for further contact regarding climate emergency engagement

The purpose of processing

We're looking to develop new mechanisms to have a conversation with a representative sample of local residents on the topic of the recently declared Climate Emergency. This data is collected to identify local residents interested in being involved. Voicebox is an annual survey sent to a random sample of households across Bath and North East Somerset. Participation is voluntary.

How is it used?

We will use this data to contact participants to provide more information about the engagement work and invite them to participate further.

Information will not be shared with any third parties without further consent from participants.

How long is the personal data retained by the Council?

Personal data will be retained for as long as it is needed for the purpose specified above and anonymised or deleted one year after the completion of the engagement.
