Sexual Health Website Feedback and Prize Draw Privacy Notice

The purpose of processing

As part of providing feedback on our website we will ask you if you would like to take part in a prize draw to win some high street
vouchers. We will draw your name from random and email you if you have won. We will not make your name public at any time. We
will also use your data to help us review and test the provisional version of the safebanes website.

Individuals who pass their details to us via the partner organisation or the online tool used to obtain feedback about the safebanes website

We will securely retain the details that you provide and randomly draw your name and then contact you via email if you have won

Sharing of personal data with external recipients

The only sharing occurs when you provide your details to our partner organisations who will in turn send those details to us. Our partner organisations include: Project 28, Off the Record, Virgin Care School Nursing Service and KeynshamNow.

How long is the personal data retained by the Council?

We will only keep your data for the duration of the competition. If you do not win your details will be removed. If however you win we
will retain your data for up to 7 years for accounting purposes after which we will delete them.
