RPZ community vital service questionnaire privacy notice

The purpose of processing

We will be implementing new residents parking zones in Bath. A number of organizations providing a vital community service have come forward to request permits to allow employees and volunteers to park within residents parking zones. Before an offer for support can be considered the council is seeking to collect information on the current travel and parking arrangements with the view of assessing current and potential future needs. The data collected will be used to:
· understand where people are travelling from
· understand if opportunities exist to modify current travel choices
· assess (at an organisational level) the current pressure existing parking is placing on residential streets
· shape any offer for support the council may make to each organisation
· ensure any permits that may be offered are used in accordance with the terms of use
