The purpose of processing

To provide a service to the public including answering queries, safeguarding parks users and volunteers, and keeping parks maintained to a safe standard, and to assist in providing evidence for civil litigation.

Disclosures are made for the purposes of providing evidence to Law Enforcement Authorities and Insurance Companies via Insurance Services.

How long is the personal data retained by the Council?

Personal data will only be retained for as long as it is needed for the purpose specified above, or as required by applicable law or regulatory requirements.
