The purpose of processing
Planning services are proposing a number of changes to the Local List of Planning Application Requirements (LLPAR), which will alter the documents which may need to be submitted with certain types of planning application.
Planning legislation requires a public consultation exercise before the LLPAR can be changed. Some of the changes are as a result of the adoption of the Local Plan Partial Update (LPPU) in January 2023 and others are recommended by Planning Services to reduce delays in decision-making.
