How is it used?
We will use the data provided in order to allow us to contact you and deliver a training plan that will benefit you
We will use the information regarding your health, welfare, occupation, and lifestyle activities to assess your specific needs and deliver an activity plan tailored to suit you
Once you have completed the training plan the Council will use the data that you have provided, the outcomes of your programme and any feedback that you provide to assess the effectiveness of this programme in benefiting you
Profiling and automated decision making
The only profiling that will take place will be when your personal data is anonymised, and therefore does not contain anything that would identify you, by KiActiv for analytical purposes.
You have the right to request that automated decision making be reviewed and replaced by non-automated means (i.e. decisions taken by one of our expert Council officers). To exercise this right please email data_protection@bathnes.gov.uk

By entering your details in the KiActiv Health Programme your personal data will be shared with the organisation GLL (Better Leisure), for the purpose of being able to work with your health mentor.

Personal data will only be retained for as long as it is needed for the purpose specified above, or as required by applicable law or regulatory requirements.
