Information regarding whether you consider yourself to be disabled

How is it used?

We will use postcodes to assess where respondents are from within and outside of the Bath and North East Somerset area.

We may use email addresses to contact respondents about the outcome of this consultation.

We will use disability and age data to assess the impact of any changes on potentially vulnerable groups.
