How is it used?

We use the application form that you complete to assess your requirement for a parking bay. We will then use this information to allow us to identify an ideal parking bay in the vicinity of your address or where necessary create a new parking bay that will meet your requirements. Your information may be used for auditing purposes.

We do not share your personal details outside of the council.

How long is the personal data retained by the Council?

We will retain your data for six months once you inform us that the service is no longer required or we are informed by another council service that the service is no longer required.
