Centenary July Babies

The purpose of processing

The information we collect from you will help us keep in touch with you to notify you about Library Services including events or activities, and to invite you to take surveys related to the ‘Centenary Babies’ group only.

Parents of the babies born in Bath and North East Somerset in July 2024, and invited to our Centenary Babies Events.

Personal data

Personal email address, parent and baby names and feedback about our Centenary July Baby events.

How is it used?

We will use your personal data to contact you to invite you to events, process your enquiries, and collect your opinions through surveys and feedback. We may use quotes you have provided for promotion and credit you with your first name, unless you ask us not to.

We will share your personal data with the team that sends out communications. We will use quotes and your first name for promotion unless you ask us not to.

Personal data will only be retained for as long as it is needed for the purpose specified above, or as required by applicable law or regulatory requirements.
