Call for sites privacy notice

The purpose of processing

This information is collected by Bath & North East Somerset Council as a data controller in accordance with the data protection principles in the General Data Protection Regulations. The purpose for collecting this data are as follows:
- to assist in plan making
- to contact you, if necessary, regarding the answers given on this form
- to form part of the evidence base used to inform the creation of planning policy documents.

The above purposes may require public disclosure of any site data received on the form, in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please note that no personal data will be published, only details on the site submitted (site location and site area only).
