B&NES Corporate Strategy 20202-2024 Survey Privacy Notice

The purpose of processing

The Council is welcoming feedback on the draft Corporate Strategy 2020-2024. As part of the survey, participants are asked to share their email address if they would like to receive updates about the climate and nature emergency in B&NES and/or the Corporate Strategy. Participation in the survey is voluntary.

Data subjects

The survey is open to members of the public. Participants are asked to identify whether they are answering on behalf of themselves, an organisation or other.

Organisation they are responding on behalf of (if applicable)

How is it used?

We will use the email address data to contact participants with further information about the climate and nature emergency and/or Corporate Strategy. We will use the data on which organisations have responded as part of the survey analysis report.

Information will not be shared with any third parties without further consent from participants.

How long is the personal data retained by the Council?

Personal data will be retained for the period of the corporate strategy, 4 years.
