We will use your data in order to assess your entitlement for a Blue Badge according to the Guidance published by the Department for Transport.

We will share your personal data with qualified health care professionals in order to assess your application where you do not automatically qualify for a Blue Badge according to the Department for Transport guidance.
Data is also shared with authorised council officers for the purpose of identifying Blue Badge misuse and fraud.

We will keep your data for three years following the point of closure of service, which is when you no longer have a Blue Badge issued by us.
