Bath Transport Delivery Action Plan Privacy Notice

The purpose of processing

Your personal data is processed because a Transport Delivery Plan for Bath is required that provides a holistic approach for meeting the CO2 targets and provide a step change in public transport. This will include an evidence-based study for a mass transit system.

How is it used?

We will use the data to understand how representative the responses received from the consultation are and to ensure we have a wide range of responses across the spectrum. Data will also be used to understand the different transport priorities and requirements different people have in order to better plan for future transport provision around these requirements. The email address will also be used as contact information to allow us to promote a second consultation that will take place later in the year.

Personal data will only be retained for as long as it is needed for the purpose specified above, or as required by applicable law or regulatory requirements.
