We will use personal data in the following ways; name: to address you correctly in correspondence and conversations; photos: to promote the project and validate your grant application; email addresses: to correspond with you; address of business premises: to validate the grant payment and to support project monitoring and evaluation; banking details: to transfer the grant to your account.

Article 6.1 f - Legitimate interests
As a data subject, you have a number of rights. Your rights are set out in Articles 13 to 22 of the General Data Protection Regulations and include: access and obtain a copy of your data on request, require the Council to change incorrect or incomplete data, require the Council to delete or stop processing your data, for example where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing, object to the processing of your data where the Council is relying on its legitimate interests as the legal ground for processing and ask the Council to stop processing data for a period if data is inaccurate or there is a dispute about whether or not your interests override the Council's legitimate grounds for processing data.
