Tour guides and coaches - Terrace Walk
Security improvement works at the entrance to York Street started on 3 January 2023 and will last for several months. Coach drop-off on Terrace Walk will generally still be available, but spaces will be limited.
Pedestrian access to York Street’s attractions (Roman Baths, Pump Room, World Heritage Centre and Roman Baths Clore Learning Centre as well as local shops, cafés and restaurants) will be maintained at all times (please enter York Street, via the pedestrian access to the right alongside The Real Italian Ice Cream Co).

We provide on-street coach bays for coaches wanting to drop off and pick up visitors close to visitor attractions in the city centre. There are also a couple of short stay bays for coaches wanting to stay up to 90 minutes, but coaches staying for longer than 90 minutes should park at Odd Down coach park.
City centre coach traffic is extremely heavy, and demand for waiting space is very high (particularly in the summer months), so please plan your journey carefully, allowing you to safely manage the drop-off and pick-up of passengers with minimum disruption.
