Details

Public Space Protection Orders limit certain types of behaviour in defined public areas.

In September 2025, we certified the renewal of Public Space Protection Orders for the City of Bath and the centre of Midsomer Norton. These give enforcement powers to prevent antisocial behaviour as a result of public drinking.
