Local Outbreak Management Plan
Coronavirus presents a real and continuing risk, so it is critical that people continue to adhere to central government restrictions.
Central government are asking all councils to prepare for and deal with any local outbreaks of COVID-19.
Our Local Outbreak Management Plan sets out how we will do this, by taking the following steps:
- Reducing the risk of outbreaks occurring in the first place
- Identifying and suppressing possible outbreaks before they gain momentum
- Working with local communities
We will work with the NHS Test and Trace Service, local NHS and other partners to achieve this.
